The completion rate doesn't exceed 50% once it's added to my 360Learning platform, which prevents employees from continuing their training. I think I'm encountering a problem exporting my training course to SCORM format. The completion rate doesn't exceed 50% once it's added to my 360Learning platform, which prevents employees from continuing their training.
On my end, I have carried out several checks and tests: downloading and updating the SCORM training from Genially, modifying the percentage of completion required to access the module... Unfortunately, the problem persists.
