Hello, we create medical simulations that use a scenario branching of Optimal, Sub-Optimal and Critical. We have a few options available to us in Genial.ly, but I believe if the MCQ or Branching Scenario is tweaked it will become really powerful for this type of activity.

Use case:
A doctor has to ask a patient sensitive information around their health history. 3 options of how to open the dialogue are given. One is Optimal (100%), one is Sub-Optimal (50%) and one is Critical (0%). Each decision leads a student to a video of this playing out. Afterwards they are given feedback on their individual choice. We use this as a SCORM file on Moodle.

What we currently have in Genially

1. MCQ - can only do interactivity on a right and wrong answer.
Recommended improvement: Add interactivity for each individual answer.
Further improvement: Allow grading on answers. (i.e. 100% or marks)

2. Branching scenario
This allows full interactivity on answers, however it is not graded.
Recommended improvement: Allow grading and feedback on answers

3. Ask AI to create this activity
It is still early days for Genially AI. While I did have some success with this, the answers were not linked in to the overall quiz results.
