Hi! My colleagues are experiencing an issue with Genially when using Wi-Fi in Ukraine.

Genially has suddenly stopped loading on all devices connected to their home Wi-Fi. It was working perfectly before, but now they can only access Genially when they switch to mobile data.

Most of teachers have reported the same issue: Genially doesn’t work via Wi-Fi, but works normally via mobile internet.

Has anyone experienced this recently? Is there a known issue with certain Wi-Fi networks or internet providers?

I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this. Thank you!
